Talking about the changing dynamics in the industry around balancing career and motherhood, she said, “I think there is not enough acceptance for mothers in the industry. I don’t think it is just the Indian film industry; Every industry should have a little bit.” Greater empathy and openness to mothers’ concerns. Just because you have become a mother does not mean that you have to stop working or that you will not be able to do a good job or give a good amount of dedication to your job.
She talked about her personal experiences, saying, “I know I wanted to take some time off because giving birth takes a toll on your body and caring for a new human takes a toll on your mental, emotional and physical health.” “

She talked about the importance of maternity leave and said, “So, you need to take that maternity leave, and it should be ideal, but at the same time, it doesn’t mean that I am not giving my 100 per cent. ” job, and I hope every industry understands that women are more capable than men of taking care of everything, including themselves, children, and their jobs.”
She also talked about her favorite on-screen moms in pop culture and said, “Sridevi in Mom; I love Aunt May in Spider-Man; I think Marisa Tomei did an amazing job; And Marge Simpson from The Simpsons.”
