women empowerment: While it is easier for men, women take several precautions to avoid the dangers of using public toilets. Men don’t need to touch any surface, that’s the difference. The PeeBuddy is a straightforward, funnel-like gadget that allows women to pee while standing up. This is a gracious and much needed invention. Headed by 40-year-old entrepreneur Deep Bajaj, Peabuddy has become an all-out hit with women, especially athletes and others who spend a lot of time outdoors.
Peabuddy: How it all began
The term “stand-to-pee” was coined by a friend of his while he was on vacation. Bajaj claimed that when he and his wife traveled frequently for work, finding a clean toilet was always a problem. Even during her pregnancy, his wife found it extremely challenging to urinate outside, and was in constant need of solutions. He was on holiday with his friends in 2013 when one of them joked that he had once seen someone use the device to pee while standing up. These words sparked an idea in Deep’s mind and he declared that he would bring it into existence. Bajaj made a funnel for women to stand up and pee in, and he branded it “Peabee”. His business patented that design in 2015. He found it was more popular than he expected when he began advertising his goods and getting feedback from women about how Peabuddy had benefited them.
Peabuddy: Challenges
The major problem with this methodology is that these topics are still taboo in the society and are never discussed. Because of this, we had nothing but period pads. Bajaj found that if he stuck to it, no matter how big the industry, he would find a solution. For PeeBuddy to work, the women need a restroom. Unlike men, women are unable to use this product without a toilet. Nevertheless, women who are pregnant, have arthritis, or have other personal problems may benefit from the use of the PeeBuddy. It serves as the fundamental concept of the product.
