New mom Dipika Kakar dances with newborn son Ruhaan in adorable video, shares glimpses from bedroom

New Delhi: Shoaib Ibrahim and Dipika Kakar are one of the most loved couples of the TV industry. The couple recently had the distinction of becoming parents as they welcomed a baby boy on June 21. As the actor shared, it was a premature delivery but there was ‘nothing to worry about’. The actor had earlier shared that the little one is doing fine in the NICU. As of now, the couple is enjoying every bit of parenthood journey with their little prince Ruhaan.

Shoaib has released another beautiful video featuring the mother-son duo and it has gone viral on social media. In the video, Deepika is holding her son in her arms and dancing to a song in her bedroom. She was wearing a yellow printed kurta and a white dupatta.

The actress recently shared the first picture with her little one and it was adorable. In the photo, Shoaib held his son Ruhaan in his arms, while Dipika grabbed his tiny hands and pecked at him. The lovely parents looked madly in love with their little bundle of joy. Along with this, Deepika expressed her gratitude to her fans for praying for her child. He wrote, “Ruhaan. Thank you for keeping him in your prayers.”

Shoaib announced the birth of his son through an Instagram post. “Alhamdulillah, today morning 21st June 2023 we have a baby boy. It’s a premature delivery, nothing to worry about. Remember us in your prayers,” she wrote on an Instagram story.

The ‘Sasural Simar Ka’ actress had earlier shared that she had suffered a miscarriage last year and the news had taken social media by storm. Talking to ETimes, Deepika told that she had a miscarriage in the sixth week of pregnancy last February. “Because of that we were a little scared this time and I am sure you all will understand that. It is not just us, many people go through this,” he said. Shoaib even said that while the world talked about her weight gain last year, her health took a turn due to the miscarriage and it was really tough on her.

After working together in the popular TV show ‘Sasural Simar Ka’, Shoaib and Dipika got married in 2018. They dated for a few years before getting married.

Both announced their pregnancy in January 2023. “It is with a heart full of gratitude, joy, excitement and trepidation that I share this news with all of you. This is the most beautiful time of our lives. Yes, we are expecting our first child! Soon to be parents. Need lots of your prayers and love for our little one,” Shoaib wrote on Instagram.
