New Delhi: Actress Mouni Roy on Monday shared pictures of her first look as she made her debut at the ongoing 76th edition of Cannes Film Festival.
Mouni posted several pictures from her Cannes photoshoot on Instagram and wrote, “Bonjour Cannes.” She looked drop dead gorgeous in a yellow Atelier Zuhra gown, sunglasses and a necklace.
Excited about her Cannes debut, Mouni said, “It gives me immense pleasure to announce my debut at the prestigious Cannes Film Festival. It is my greatest honor to represent Lenskart at Cannes and be a part of this prestigious celebration of creativity. I am grateful for this incredible opportunity.” And can’t wait to showcase my unique style and passion for cinema on this global platform.”
Prior to Mouni, Sara Ali Khan, Manushi Chhillar, Mrunal Thakur and Sapna Chowdhary had debuted in Cannes. Sara and Mrunal undoubtedly deserve praise for bringing a desi touch to the French city.
The 76th edition of the Cannes Film Festival will take place from May 16 to May 27, 2023.
