When the Threads app received over 100 million subscriptions within five days of its launch, the excitement at Meta HQ reached its peak. So how’s the Worm app doing now? according to a report by samewebSubscriptions to Twitter’s rival app, an analytics site, seem to be dwindling. From 49 million daily active users to just 23.6 million a week should be worrying about Zak being ousted as the boss of meta. But Mark Zuckerberg claimed otherwise. He has assured that there is a crowd of millions of people on the microblogging platform.

are taking threads, Mark wrote that the initial growth was off the charts. However, he is expecting more signups. The current focus in the backend is to ensure that the fundamentals are improved for retention. The billionaire writes that it will take some time for the app to stabilize. Once stability is achieved the focus will be on the community. Noting the success of other meta platforms and features, including FB, Instagram, Stories and Reels, Mark said Threads is on a good track.
Earlier, Elon Musk took a jibe at Mark for not worrying much about Threads and hence his inactivity for almost a week.
