Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge One of the most iconic Bollywood movies and has acquired a cult status over the years. Kajol recently got into a conversation with Mashable India and revealed what really happened while shooting for the iconic train scene in the film and shared that the scene was really tough to shoot. He told that the train had to be pulled back and forth several times during the take.

every movie lover remembers that scene ddlj When Bauji finally accepts Raj as his son-in-law and says, “Ja Simran ja, jee le apni zindagi,” and then Simran runs towards Raj while the train leaves the platform. Well, Kajol has now shared that shooting the scene was not that easy. Kajol said that there was a long time between two trips as the train had to be brought back to its original position.
When asked what goes through her mind when she thinks of the train scene, Kajol said, “What goes through my mind is how many times that bloody train had to be bought back and Had to pull ahead again and how long did it take in between. Every time the train had to be brought back one had to wait for 10 minutes, first it had to be stopped and then it had to be pulled to full distance and then it again The train would pick up speed again, so this was done in a process of 10-15 minutes between each take.”
