New Delhi: After being appointed as a host for the popular TV show, Roadies, actress Rhea Chakraborty is now all set to turn a storyteller with the audio show ‘Purane Khat’. The 28-episode fiction drama is a tale of love, family and self-discovery, as the protagonist Kavi returns to his hometown in Banaras.
The actress who is back on her feet stronger than ever is now the talk of the town. Starting a new chapter in her career, Rhea is making a fresh start with new opportunities and work.
The Purana begins with Khata Kavya and his traveling companion Maruti, setting out on a journey back to Banaras, where memories of his beloved mother flood his mind. In each 10-minute episode, Kavi delves deeper into his life and the profound impact his mother had on him, as well as his complicated relationship with his father.
The actress is all set to return to her home ground, MTV, with the TV show Roadies as a host. While talking to the media, Rhea had revealed how great it felt to be back and that she got so much love from all the girls and boys who attended the Delhi auditions of the show.
