Crypto lender BlockFi ordered to withdraw rejected restructuring plan shared ‘prematurely’

The corrective letter states that the creditors and other parties do not support the restructuring plan. The Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors “believes that the Scheme releases Litigation Claims against, among others, current and former directors and officers of BlockFi who committed material misconduct that harmed BlockFi and its customers Are.”
