In fact, Kohli and Anushka Sharma have the costliest house among all Indian cricketers – both past and present.
Kohli Ki Haveli is spread over 10,000 sq ft in DLF Phase-I Colony in Gurgaon. The bungalow has a private pool and its decor is very contemporary. Virat Kohli spends most of his time in Mumbai, so his brother Vikas Kohli, his sister-in-law and mother live in this Gurgaon bungalow.

The cost of Yuvraj Singh’s house is Rs 64 crores.
Kohli’s Gurgaon mansion is the costliest among cricketers while that of his former teammate Yuvraj Singh and his wife Hazel Keech. According to Vogue, the apartment was bought by the former cricketer in 2013 for Rs 64 crore and is part of the residential complex Omkar 1973 Tower C, the same building that houses the power couple, Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma.
Meanwhile, Indian cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar lives in a Rs 35 crore villa in Mumbai. In 2007, Tendulkar bought an old villa named ‘Dorab Villa’ for around Rs 35 crore. ‘Dorab Villa’ was originally built in the 1920s and was occupied by a Parsi family – the Wardens.
Tendulkar’s bungalow, like Kohli’s Gurgaon house, is spread over 10,000 sq ft and is located at the junction of Perry Cross Road and Turner Road.
The cost of Rohit Sharma’s house is Rs 30 crores.
Team India captain Rohit Sharma lives with his wife Ritika Sajdeh and daughter Samaira on the 29th floor of Ahuja Towers, a 53-storey building in Worli that overlooks the Arabian Sea. Home of Rohit Sharma, the posh Worli area of Mumbai is a major residential, shopping, high-street retail, dining and entertainment neighborhood as well as one of the largest commercial hubs.
The Mumbai Indians captain invested in the house, which is worth Rs 30 crore, in 2015, the same year when he got engaged to Ritika Sajdeh.
Meanwhile, former India skipper MS Dhoni lives with his wife Sakshi Dhoni and daughter Ziva in a Rs 6 crore farm house on the outskirts of Ranchi in Jharkhand.
Kohli scored his 76th international century and 29th Test century against the West Indies in the ongoing second Test at Queen’s Park Oval, Port of Spain in Trinidad. While Rohit scored 57 on the fourth day of the second Test on Sunday, setting a world record with his 30th consecutive double-digit score.
