Aditya Roy Kapur planning to launch his own music album

We all saw Aditya Roy Kapur playing the role of a rockstar in Aashiqui 2, which was a huge commercial success. Now, the star is all set to release his own music album.

Recently, in an interview with a leading news portal, Aditya said, “I play music and now I am working on an album, hopefully I will release it soon. I have been in the studio, working on it. Music has always been a passion and hobby but now I am taking it more seriously.”

The actor appears to be dabbling in writing and producing music. However, he has shared his musical creations only with his close friends and not with anyone else. Nevertheless, Aditya now intends to showcase his musical talent to his fans and music appreciators.

Aditya was asked if he had ever been asked to sing for his films in the past given his love for music, to which he replied, “It has come up as a possibility but it has never happened. He wanted me to go to the studio just to sing the songs and get the feel of singing them as a singer as I was playing a singer in the film.

The actor was asked if he is planning to lend his voice for Metro…In Dino. He jokingly replied that he has not sung in any film yet but it may happen in future. He believes that singing in Hindi and English is the same, but if he wants to do it properly for a film, he would like to work on singing in Hindi.

Meanwhile, Aditya Roy Kapur will next be seen in Anurag Basu’s Metro…In Dino alongside Sara Ali Khan, Pankaj Tripathi, Anupam Kher, Fatima Sana Shaikh, Neena Gupta, Konkona Sen Sharma and Ali Fazal. The film is scheduled to release in theaters on 29 March 2024.
